Naturally sun-ripened on trees found in the PDO region of Kalamata, these olives are harvested by hand to protect their sensitive flesh and marinated in brine with no added preservatives.
Our Kalamata PDO olives (ELIA KALAMATAS PDO) are black to dark purple in colour, almond shaped and extremely tasty. Use them to create an authentic Greek salad, to accompany cheese or to add the colour and taste of the Mediterranean to your vegetable trays.
