Mastic – a resin obtained from the mastic tree, commonly called “Arabic gum” and “Yemen gum”. Solely and traditionally harvested in droplets on the Greek island of Chios.
The bitter yet refreshing flavour similar to pine and cedar gives its unique taste to enrich the pure heather honey.
